My name is Luke Thomas – I’m the founder of Flexibility For Fighters, a two-time British Kickboxing Champion , ex-gym owner, and a trainer to dozens of national champions over the past 15+ years. I’ve fought at the highest levels and coached fighters of all ages and backgrounds.
